  It was so easy and fast to get my bank account open, no wait for my bank card it was given right then and there. My children also got an account opened for free, great way to get them ready for the real world!

  I don't usually post negative reviews but I felt the need to do so today. I just left this location and I have to say I am seriously at a loss for words. I visited this branch so my 3 and 4 year old kids could deposit their piggy bank money in to their accounts (they love doing this and getting a sucker after). When we walked up to the counter, there was a very weak greeting from the employee, followed by a TOTAL change in her attitude when she saw we had change. I had it all sorted in bags by type of coin and she asked me why it wasn't rolled, well there wasn't enough! So she gave me a tray to sort it out and basically do her job for her. I helped, of course, but I'm just amazed how far banks have fallen! This is what they get paid to do! If banks have such a problem taking coins, why is it still in our currency?! I understand it can be frustrating as a teller to take in a ton of coin, but I was completely organized! I worked as a teller years ago and we never made such a big deal about having to deal with customers. It's just sad. And I really am disappointed with the employees that work here. I have never experienced one who was super friendly or even made me feel welcome. Definitely need to work on their customer service skills!!

  I deposited 300 left with no recipt thinking it was in my account instantly like normal but its not in my account! I have to dispute it and hopefully get my money back.
