- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been leasing a unit at this facility for about 2 years. They have switched ownership or management sometime in the passed 2 years because they used to give you a phone call if there was a problem with your account but not anymore. It's very hard to get in and and out when loading or unloading anything into or out of your unit first of all. Second they claim to "not have the staff to keep track of their customers" so if life happens and you miss a payment they won't let you know and one day you will receive a certified letter saying that you are locked out of your storage and your items could be up for auction. In my case I know FOR A FACT I paid this payment because it was a time I was out of town and had to pay it late so I included the late fee with my payment. However if you go after hours (which is when I can go after work) you slip your payment into a slot through the hole in the window so who knows where it goes from there. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. Let's just say you get what you pay for so I should have known when I picked the cheaper place.By Kayla Grubbs, December 22, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is AWFUL! I would not recommend this place to anybody. I was a customer for 2 months and someone smashed the whole locking device off my unit door. Stole over $1000 worth of my things. When I called to ask they accused me of smashing the lock off... and said there is nothing they can do about it.
