- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When a manager sitting behind her desk & absolutely refuses to come into lobby & speak to a customer of 26 years is quite, incredibly ignorant. I had one simple question. Needless to say, I pulled 3 accounts, loans & safety deposit boxes. Ridgeway location. N Main location female loan Officer, also is very untruthful, really close to illegal. Her fate is yet to come. And yes I took it all the way to Regional Bank. They were very shocked & also very accommodating. Just not enough to satisfy those managers actions and refusal to meet a customer with a simple question. SHAME ON YOU BOTHBy Margo Parks, August 29, 2017
